Jim Mullens - I went back and listened again to the London Investor's Day Conference. Check at the 4:42 time. IJ responds to a question by Mark Roberts of Wachovia Securities who asks specifically about WCDMA pass throgh acquired by Q in cross licensing agreements and advantages that Q would gain through these agreements. To slightly paraphrase Dr IJ's response "some cross licensing agreements do allow pass through, probably not too much on the WCDMA side".
