Kerry's book about Vietnam is being written now. Should be a good one. It was the REAL Apocalypse Now. Kerry told me they even water-skiied behind their gunboats and surfed the coasts. Kerry was like the Robert Duvall character without the eccentricities and Nazi music. gg He was the leader the gunboats all counted on to lead the attacks. They're also planning a documentary GUNBOATS OF THE MEKONG though it's not a campaign film, it's a network film in the works.
