Sounds like a brilliant policy to me... Go after the guy who would supplies the terrorists with bio chem and other weapons to bring into this country and let off in our subway systems or other events. Second not jump into an attack with Korea that could kill millions of people in south Korea or Japan... The leader of North Korea is very unstable and has the capability to fire off wmd...
