Soros was a TV interview I watched. Did a search once and couldn't find a transcript. The Bush Affect on the markets however was a very deliberate phrase and it's held up. This was prior to 9-11 and the Bush Affect is still dragging us down. In fact it's getting worse. If real estate starts sliding look out below. Should have bought gold with the rest of those guys a couple years ago. And the Bush Affect does not even require an actual war, just a lot of saber-rattling and tension plus sweetheart deals for fat cats and cake for everyone else. High oil prices too of course.
