The Media Project stinks. Wired may have misquoted him, but I haven't.

In a March 1999 interview with Wolf Blitzer, Gore said, "During my service in the United States Congress, I took the initiative in creating the Internet."

It's a fact. I used to have the video clip available but Media Research changed the location. Here's the site if you want to search around for it. mrc.org

Even the Urban Legends website has the quote the same. snopes.com
