Les,re:"foreclosures". These are bullish for the RE "pro".
The one with 'insider information'. Normal home buyer
don't get real deal. Some home owner can't afford to sell
within 12-24 months even with 8% annual price increase.
The FED is trying very hard to get the next bag-holder to
pickup the tab under 'no inflation illusion'. The pro pick
up the property at good price and take the FED's money and
run (or wait for next kill).
Of course, the FED can 'reinstate the inflation index' and
apologize for the ooops.
