Softtech, I had played SWC since 1999, via naked puts, if putted, then covered calls, if called away, then naked puts again, but generally at the edge of its price channel, and then the price broke down completely. I had no more than 0.25% of my gross assets in the share at any given time.

I am OK with holding, and may sell some puts on the beast when my shorted January options on other shares expire harmless.

The beast:
(a) auto sales will implode, but
(b) platinum is high,
(c) SWC is full of cheap palladium
(d) Pt and Pd are substitute of each other for many hydrogen applications
(e) diesel emmission standard will be toughened up, and
(f) Russians may get smart and use SWC as a quick 'backdoor' listing, and play the beast for some windfall gains (by insiders)

Crisis = partner, Volatility = friend, lonely path = right way, ...
