Hey, the US can always absorb a little moral hazard <g>. Portfolio investment inflows into US stocks and bonds could dry up if things don't turn around soon -- there are a few things out there to worry about. I don't expect the stock market to perform very well unless people buy into the idea that killing Saddam will solve all our problems and clear the way for a new golden era.
