. I judge on results, and the results that are important to me are my freedoms as given by God and protected by the US Constitution. So you are basically saying that you don't care what happens in your country or around it, as long as nobody touches your freedom to hunt with your rifle, eat hamburgers, or whatever else you do in your daily life. This makes you selfish, irresponsible, and unconscientious, but you have all the "freedom" to be all of the above, so it's OK. However, the implication of what you are saying above is that you are also not very clever, for it seems you cannot see how your freedoms are diminishing by day under your current administration who uses "war on terror" to limit privacy and personal freedom. Have you taken a look at the anti-terrorism legislations lately? Besides, what freedom, do you think, is "given by God"??? Examples would be helpful... If I accept the ridiculous proposition that the Pentagon hit was a government conspiracy, it must have taken some kinda genius to pull it off on the very same day that the World Trade Center was hit, and I saw that on television. Dave. Forget everything for a minute and try to imagine how a 100 tonne Boeing plane can COMPLETELY DISAPPEAR. Where are the "reactors", the most sturdy parts of the plane? Where is the black box that is virtually indestructable??? Have you seen any plane crash, anywhere, that leaves no trace of the plane??? What is this, the twilight zone? I do not know what happened in the Pentagon that day. All I know is that I see no plane in the alleged crash site. And that is a little troubling. It could be anything. Maybe there was a bomb, and it was people who infiltrated the US intelligence who did it, so perhaps the state does not want us to know. Who knows? If our government were that efficient, we could get by with a lot less taxes. Are you suggesting there is a statistically significant correlation between the taxes imposed by a government and its efficiency? Sorry to be this blunt, but that is laughable. Bush admin. are going to cut taxes. Could it be that the government is more efficient than you think? Does it mean that the government has gotten more efficient? Or could it possibly be that they are perhaps trying to spur consumption by increasing spendable income of especially the wealthy? Read an economic journal or two before answering this question, please. Another day, another dogma shattered. Glad to be of help.
