My bad, looks like my source isn't posting the second RPs of the day and completely missed those three 28 days. So here's a math problem for anyone who thinks those RPs are reeking havoc, take the RPs from the last month and figure out the slope of the trend on the RP free float.

I have a hard time reading that FED thread. But they did have a better source for tracking RPs, that is if you can believe anything the NY Fed puts up. -g-
