<I find it perplexing why China imported only 13,000 German cars in 2002.> LOL, if I did not know that you have no knowledge of China I would find that funny -- the Germans dominate the car market in China -- there are millions of them here, mostly VWs and Audis, made in China. I don't do portfolio investment in China. But if you own any stocks of any multinational companies and if you don't know what they are doing or not doing in China then you are flying blind -- a familiar experience no doubt.
