the best is that you retain those rights as a shareholder on record of Jan. 15th. I guess the Quarterly will be announced shortly after..

It could well be that they will be taken over REGARDLESS of the shareholder rights plan. They will only have to cough up more in the process. This just raises the bar. It doesn't prevent a TO (as in case of a staggered board) and I like this quite much..

Did some TA on IPSU..
once we break the $5 level, the next stop should take us up to $8, an old area of resistance..
