Soon Wall St. and their Washington properties will be forced to deal with $3 Trillion in debt hidden off corporate balance sheets. As few as 30% of the companies underlying the S&P 500 are technically bankrupt. Of course they won't all go belly up but they will be forced to take drastic measures to repair their balance sheets. Of course the same goes for millions of households.
