Richard: Happy New Year! It seems that the REITS are out of favor in this new year. I am surmising that this is related to the contemplated change on dividend taxation. Do you have any info on how this change will affect the REITs if dividends are not taxed? Another possibility is the weak retail sector this holiday season. Do you think we will be looking at some new bankruptcies among the retailers this year which will hurt the mall REITS? Glimcher GRT is being taken down almost every day, yet they have improved their balance sheet considerably. Is this what is going on? Are there specific areas that one should avoid at this juncture? I will appreciate any thoughts you might have. Thanks, Lee Bush
