Thanks. I hadn't heard that Washington was going to try to hit that issue again. Perhaps with Republicans controlling both houses and the Presidency, tort reform will have a chance.

John Kerry seems like the frontrunner for democratic party anyway.

I thought Hillary was the front runner---even though she claims she isn't running. I don't know what her position on tort reform is, but I know that Bill Clinton received massive campaign contributions from the trial lawyers and wouldn't touch the tort reform issue with a ten foot pole. Do you know anything about John Kerry's position on tort reform?
