I have always found his analysis to be good. One thing I know is if I was in the military I would not want to be fighting a dessert war in the summer. The pressure on the administartion is to wait till 1/27 for the un report but this is pushing past the window for an effective ground campaign. the administration won't wait much past the 27th. anyway I don't see corporate spending coming back the way you think unless the companies can justify the return on investment. net / net i think there will be zero growth so if there is more $$ for software then less for hardware (just a guess on my part).
