Uncle Scam worried so much about freedom and democracy in Latin America that it operated a terrorist finishing school (and still does) in Fort Benning Georgia. From there thousands of terrorists were sicced on Latin America, causing untold deaths and suffering. This garbage toppled legitimate governments and installed despots. Uncle Scam arms all and sundry. Then when the victims of these weapons turn on Scammy - it plays dumb. It has always been the same story - and will continue to be the same story.
