Well, I have the MONTHLY y-o-y chart right here [maybe Fitz does it differently] home.attbi.com

Looks like it's been about flat 3 months now, not declining. But he also said "reaching 10-year highs early in the fall of 2002." and my chart has not had 10 year highs. So, his momentum must be differently calculated.

This shows again that data can be made to look bad if you try.
