I hope that we do NOT have to act unilaterally in Iraq, but even if we do, I support the action. OUR personal interests are at stake there as well as the Worlds. I honestly beleive that if we have a successful conclusion to the Iraqui matter it WILL help to deter terrorism, I also think it will help to settle all Middle Eastern matters ie Syria and Iran will likely think twice before clandestinely supporting the terrorists against Israel, and if that happens I am hopeful the Palistinians and Israeli's will come to terms. Finally, like it or not our economy rides on OIL, we CANNOT and WILLNOT allow ANY despot to control most of the Worlds oil reserves, thats just TOO IMPORTANT. jdn
