The war will cost at the lower estimates USD50 to USD60 billion.

Iraq Population 22,675,617 (July 2000 est.)

Age structure 0-14 years:42% (male 4,860,795; female 4,708,453)
15-64 years:55% (male 6,272,842; female 6,123,188)
65 years and over:3% (male 331,840; female 378,499) (2000 est.)

22.8 million minus 4.8 million of kids 0-14 gives us 17.8 million adult population. USD60 divided by 17.8 million gives USD3.370 per adult Iraqi person.

If President Bush offers an economic assistance in the form USD3.370 per adult Iraqi provide that they kick Saddam Hussein out of power in 48 hours flat.

The money will be doled out at Iraqi banks to any Iraqi passport holder proving he has lived in Iraq for the past year of 2002.

Saddam is gone. No fire will be shoot. No single drop of blood dropped.

MacDonalds, Levis Jeans, DVDs and Windows software sales will skyrocket in Iraq and they allow some soldiers to be posted there, which add more money to the Iraqis over the next few years.

Easy stuff.
