Hi Hank I had assumed that "the miniscule number of people who read and participate on this board " had a lot to do with the stock being at about 15 cents for the last year or so but I agree that people are leaving the stock markets in droves. That exodus I put down to the billions lost by small investors in Enron Global Crossing etc and the fact that a lot of money has disappeared. Actually the crash in the teck market then the major stockmarkets and the revelation of massive and blatant wrong doing is enough to have anyone restrict their participation. In any event I assume that nobody can be making much money on Flag as the share price moves within a dime for months and no shares are traded for days at a time.
