It is reasonable to assume the market has found a bottom after the bubble. I do not anticipate further declines and do not know how quickly stocks may rise, but you can be assured that the stock madness you just witnessed will never be seen again in your lifetime.

Dear Steve: One never knows in the short term what the market will do. However if you are young enough and can last it out one thing is sure. Over time the USA stock market has done very well. Time in this sense is a LIFETIME. I never try and time the market, been burnt too many times. If you are younger (under 50) and dollar cost average this is the VERY TIME you should continue buying. If you are retirement age then I can see why you might want to get out now. jdn
