Bush looks beaten and demoralized. The economy is strong he says - which is why it needs a $300 billion stimulus. And he's running on rubber checks to the tune of $50 billion/month. This two years after Greenspan started his extraordinary series of emergency panic fits. U.S. manufacturing isn't even competitive at zero % interest rates. This dead beat administration and dead duck congress don't have any budget - and already they're three months into the new fiscal year. Sell the U.S. mercilessly and systematically at every strength.
