Where is the job creation from the last tax cut? Answer: There has been none. Bush's record on job creation is the worst for any President since the end of World War 2. He is the only President during that period of time to have a negative record on job creation.

If the "rich" are the only ones paying taxes, isn't a tax cut, by definition, "for the rich?"

White House split over whether to copy Kerry tax cut plan.
The political minds want it because it's the right thing to do, the conservative tax hawks are up in arms because they want cuts primarily for the rich. Will be inyteresting to see what Bush does. My guess is he will copy Kerry's tax plan because of all the candidates Kerry is the one he needs to start defanging.
