Claude and Russ,
I put together a list of small producers that I am interested in investing in or already own:Hl,RIC,BHK,ELD, CBJ,WRM,K,MAE,HRG,PAAS,GLG,IMG.
Some "experts" say to stick with what has risen the fastest in the last run up so I used the yahoo comparison for 3 months.
When using HRG as the benchmark the winners for 3 months were ELD,HRG,WRM, MAE.
When using GLG as the benchmark ELD,MAE,HRG,WRM and HL with IMG as a close runner up.

Is this a good approach? If so it would say we should all have some ELD, HRG, MAE, and WRM in our portfolios.

I appreciate you thoughts as I own several of these but it showed ELD and HRG as clear winners. I own neither as I recently sold my HRG to add an explorer. :-(.
