That caused me to remember; I never have looked to see if the Japanese investors had any amount of mutual funds to buy into. ??? While most of our growth funds have taken big hits most of the balanced funds are not down near as hard as the market is. ------------- Stock pickers who held no bonds really got killed. My sister is not a stock picker and while she is down 25% from when I told her to sell, it's not a disaster, at least not yet. But that aside knowing her mind set there isn't any way I would risk telling her to sell at this point. Jim
