Claude:

I agree completely that TM is a very attractive speculation. Macmillan is the rehabilitation of a company by new management. The president alone owns some 9% of the co. himself and it seems there is strong insider support. They now have 3 mil warrants at .15 exp Mar 03 that are in the money and at under .20 it is a speculation on management's ability to turn it around. They certainly are doing that with their property portfolio and I believe they will provide financial wherewithal. I do not think it the "best" but I think it a worthy speculation at these prices. I would prefer to have TM's share structure!

Cheers, Ogi
