Thanks Lizzie. That was a guy from CS Boston. For his prediction to come true the increase in sales would have to be spread evenly across their product mix. The last few quarters show a different pattern than that. Most high ticket items are stalled, while income from partnerships are growing.

Btw, did you see the title of the article? It's "Amazon's dubious Delight-O-Meter" and it highlights the problems I mentioned a couple of weeks back when Amazon was sneakily comparing apples-to-oranges figures for Xmas sales.

My prediction is that Amazon is likely to report revenues of just below $1.3 billion. Margins, btw will be severely impacted by the free shipping promotion for orders above $25.
