Jimmy, Willie, Waylon. Well, Jimmy Buffett lives here in Palm Beach. Moved up from Key West a few years back. Recently opened a Krispy Kreme donut franchise or two. Humidity? I like because I was born here. It's not too bad if you're near the beach. Best thing is probably come and look see. Tucson looks nice too, I've been there. Hot as hello in the summer. Despite being a "dry heat" but I like that too. If your into adventure maybe look into Australia-New Zealand-South Pacific before you settle down and buy something. Jim
