dannybrown, West Coast not my area, but here is an improvised outlook, based on work I do for the East. Slightly above normal temps and precip next two weeks, some respite from winds over the next week for the NW. Can't go any farther right now as there are some changes coming I believe in two weeks for the weather patterns and I have to see how that will effect the West and am still struggling to see it clearly for the East, ggg. I have a gut feeling the high winds will be back at some point after ten days-two weeks, but will have to wait for rest of my work up on that period to see it better. Welcome to the thread, btw.
