Can you point us to the article that lists all these people quitting and when they quit? Just curious. I had read that Don Listwin quit, but that was a couple of years ago to become the CEO of I think Openwave or something like that. So I think you might be posting some old news, hoping for a new reaction. Anyway, I personally don't think people are irreplaceable, although we all like to think we are all uniquely impossible to live without. :) It's like saying so and so just quit IBM and thinking that IBM is going down the tubes. That's a little naive. Just like IBM, Cisco is a big company with a lot of leaders. I'm sure they have the appropriate transition plans in place.
