Lieberman and Gephardt thought of Dept Homeland Security.
But neither Lieberman nor Gephardt can get nominated or beat Bush. That's why I'm predicting Kerry-Edwards if not Kerry-McCain and for either team to beat Bush. Kerry is the only one amongst them who can attack Bush on military weakness and campaign finance corruption. And since he's a former prosecutor he will be very good at it. Attacking Bush on the economy will be easy.
