Just a thought about the so many responses that somehow made this thread a Number One Hot Subject on SI.

Please do consider. We, Americans, didn't like the fact that 3,000 of our citizens were killed from the 9/11 terrorist act. Who do you think will like the fact that 300,000 or a million or more Iraqi citizens will be killed, and more Americans, should the war with Iraq take full force?

And what if the war with Iraq spreads and deepens throughout the MidEast, to a point where nations that have been allied with America, because of this war, choose to end their alliance and the death count rises in parallel with draining economies?

Interestingly, much like many of your own hatreds for some of the ideas expressed here on this thread have deepened and spread, so will that hatred attitude spread and deepen against America. I mean who are our fans in the stands in this? Whose coaching who and why?

Even the most ardent warmongers who've posted here will agree that being militarily bogged down in Vietnam was not healthy for people. Why would you think that being militarily bogged down in the MidEast would or could be healthy for people?

Do you really believe that those 3,000 folks who perished in 9/11 would want a million or more folks to follow their fate?

Think about it!
