Why should taxpayers pay for a program the Barbara would sell her nose to finance. One more number of a bunch of numbers that can be derived by anyone. And many who want that number are willing to pay for it. Execellent move to privatization.

Many states in danger of bankrupcy under Bush. Taxes going up. And they're getting no help from Bush on Homeland Security despite all the new rules they're supposed to follow. Police and firemen have zero funding. Many let go. Borders still wide open. Shipping containers unsearched. Bush has no Homeland Security plan that he has shown anyone yet. This from a guy who co-opted the Democratic HS plan, suck in a union-busting provision to stall it then ran on it as his only real issue. What a sham.
