McCain and Kerry are best friends. True they differ on abortion and a few other things but they vote alike on many issues and have teamed on both veterans and fuel effiency bills. McCain cannot get nominated as a Republican. His party has stabbed him in the back. Kerry is independent of the DNC. doesn't need their money. So it is possible these two Vietnam heros and best friends could wipe the divisive partisan mood in this country off the map. Neither Kerry nor McCain have ever denied this rumor has merit. And they both want Bush gone.
