tk, been following this guy for 2 years and his track record is very good. he said down to 8250 in Dec. then up and he was exactly right. lt

tekie, a quick thought on timeframes

Remember that Mathias chart is on the monthly Dow and although he shows it in wave IV, note his dotted-line projected A-B-C showing an end just above 6000 sometime after two years from now.

In other words, that particular chart says little about what do with your money now.

I think it's also important to note we're currently a long way away from breaking the downtrend line that began forming where his 5 of III stopped, and the broadening wedge pattern of his wave IV looks pretty ominous, at least to me. Add to that the head & shoulders still in play on the monthly SPX, and I still think caution is warranted before getting very bullish, to say the least.
