Al That's the first reason I have heard that makes sense for doing nothing until after the 2004 election. Thank God there are more important things than the 2004 election. Steve

Well, I have news for you. Your sons are in greater danger from shitty airplane maintenance than Iraqi hijackers. Empirically, your statement is wrong by a mile. Throughout history, United States airliner crashes involving the deaths of at least 150 persons have resulted in the deaths of less than 2000 passengers. This represents ALL crashes, most of which were determined NOT to be the result of maintenance issues. While the 2,000 does not include 9/11, it does include other crashes which may well have been terrorism.

Thats a great answer Al, in fact that should be the mantra of the democratic party, that GW is over blowing the terrorism scare, that we have more to fear from shitty union mechanics, than we have from Saddam. And while you are at it, you could get the two losers, Daschle and Gephardt to run as fiddledum and fiddledee. That suggestion will be received just as well.
