Defining liberal and conservative are the things that start wars.... LOL I think we both agree on the liberal interpretation of free speech embodied in the constitution as it has been interpreted. Well pretty much. There may be some nits we disagree on. But 98% or better. Very likely. Lawyers spend their life creating what cover malicious acts that are likely to harm and never seem to get it completely right. But the reasonable and liberal idea does get out. Of course then the vacant liberal minded lefty loons completely miss the point. But the other important part of the issue is do we live by the principle we believe is meant.
