It boils down to, The policy stated, the rules in effect at the time were a lie. There was no rule posted that said I can change the rules and do whatever. The is the reality of a moderated thread. But honor and honesty are based upon stating the rules for all and living by that statement until you post the new rules. I say I can make a reasonable argument that the rules were violated. It is about a lot of interpretations. Your examples are not on point. I have not disputed any provision of the Constitution. Admin can only ban me for a violation of the rules. I have provided admin with expert advice on occasion several technical details of the rules and they have thanked me.
