Nope. Even Chianti can't really handle this mess. For sub-human liver, you gotta take dat sucka, roll it in some flour seasoned with pepper, salt and stuff, then fry it up in a cast iron skillet with a bunch of onions and then take all of it out and make some gravy outta all the residual grease and crap, and then pour the gravy over all dat mess and then pull out a dang cooler of cold beer, cheap stuff, and then enjoy just before you die of dang cardiac arrest and imprisonment...
