Kerry grew up in the same milieu as Kennedy. He isn't affecting the accent. He is the real thing. Boston Brahmin. but so what? The Bushes were Connecticut brahmins until they moved to Texas not so long ago. Still have the house in Maine. So who cares? what's so great about Texas? Or who cares what state a president's from? Rhode Island Or Alaska? Unless it's Mississippi then it might make a difference.
