Tort lawyers now typically receive 33% of damages. I would be in favor of legally reducing this amount to 10%.

YES the real corruption starts there. The facts are that it is the liberals who get the largest campaign donations. Republicans get more from numerous sources but when it comes to donations over 1 million it is the Democrats who trounce the Republicans. This was noted in the Washington Times with a message to Bush don't give the wealthiest a tax cut..
