I would think so. She was on Friday night (or was it Saturday) spewing nonsense about a rally and her 2003 predictions. The Conehead indicator says we usually start dropping within a couple day. Just found the post. Here it is. Abby forecast a dow of 10,800 for 2003 on the Rukeyser show last night. So 25% from here. Rukeyser talked about how Abby's forecasts were always fairly conservative (I guess 25% on the dow is conservative? <gg>)... This comment from my Board Always liked Lou. Not as much after last night's performance. Lou's sharp rebuke of Abby's critics was unwarranted and inappropriate. Abby deserves no such consideration. His making excuses for her was ridiculous when nobody he himself included ever qualified the lavish praise and full credit she was awarded for often calling a bullish market when Greenspan was "beyond her control" working on the greatest bubble since Greenspan himself wore diapers as an infant. The Fed Chairman probably wears pampers as an old man now or if he doesn't he better start soon with what might be coming down the pike. Maybe Andrea can pick him up some on the way home from NBC. Anyway, Lou's remarks about Abby's critics were an atrocious breach of the host-viewer moral obligation to be fair and truthful. That was neither. EO. M
