Tom, I agree with your view about CR's phone testing. You get the feeling that they are overwhelmed.
But Sprint does not excel (being more desirable) in the "circuits full" category, except in one place: LA (correction to my previous post). Verizon does. I guess they have a good legacy network?

Given their lag on cell phone surveys, I doubt if these assessments of providers even includes the Vision launch...

Right. The report is focused on voice services. Text messaging is mentioned, but only briefly.
