market for amazon's "patended" 1-click technology.
The margin would be much higher in those kind of market.
(It's public money, $5000/click is not a problem).

One reform I am interested in is caps on jury awards.

The Supreme Court just issued a ruling severely capping punitive damages in most circumstances. This might go along way towards bringing down the amount of litigation in the country...
