OK...so you think Vick doesn't know what he's talking about IF he's talking about the R/E market in the US... but Vick knows how Warren Buffett makes up the criteria to invest in other parts of the market?????

Or in other words, Vick doesn't know what he is talking about in the R/E market in the US today...but he follows Buffett's advice in other areas??? Is that what you are saying??
