There is no such thing as a segregated city in the US.
There are ethnic neighborhoods but they are not forced to eb segregated. You should not use the word segregated, it's inaccurate. But my girlfriend just returned from Alabama and visited a former slave village. She reported not much has changed in 100 years. The legacy of the Old South is not dead, and there are many who want it that way, though few would admit it.
