Right idea, wrong target. They should sue the urban planners

IMO....the entire issue is the wrong idea, and there shouldn't be any lawsuits concerning this issue.

People need to be responsible for their actions....I don't believe that anyone forces individuals to buy and eat fast foods, or specific food products.

IMO an individual makes a choice to prevent obesity by deciding to exercise, and eat responsibly.
