Dividend tax cuts will help certain stocks. But most dont even pay dividends. And I presume those dividend stocks have already been bid up. So why will the Bush plan help the markets? And more important why will Bush's plan stimulate consumers and create jobs? I hope he doesn't propose a massive jobs plan for drilling oil in nature reserves. That would be typical.
