The only way that I could come to the conclusion that he isn't an idiot is if he is a liberal who claims to be a conservative to make conservatives look bad. In which case I would say that he is quite the crafty bloke. Otherwise, all you have to do is look at his inability to communicate in a coherent manner and inability to put together a logical argument, to reach the conclusion that he isn't too bright.
